In-repo snapshot of the project's working notes (Claude Code memory).

Canonical source: ~/.claude/projects/-home-jon-nexus-core/memory/ The files here are a committed copy so the notes travel with the repo and survive a fresh machine. They are not read by any code at runtime — purely reference.

MEMORY.md is the index; the other *.md files are one note each.

If the two locations drift, the ~/.claude/.../memory/ copy is authoritative — re-sync from there, not the other way around.
